- Once you verify your phone number, you can start receiving messages from customers.

Now that you have enabled messaging, you can start responding to inquiries from customers. Here are some tips on how to respond effectively:
- Respond promptly: Customers expect quick responses to their inquiries, so make sure you’re checking your messages frequently and responding promptly.
- Be friendly and professional: Make sure your tone is friendly and professional. Remember that your messages are a reflection of your business, so make sure you’re representing it well.
- Keep it short and sweet: Customers don’t want to read a novel when they’re looking for a quick answer to their question. Keep your messages short and to the point.
- Provide helpful information: Make sure you’re providing helpful information in your responses. If a customer is asking about your hours of operation, for example, make sure you provide the information they need.
